Online Diploma Programs
Computer Support Technician
The Online Computer Support Technician Diploma program prepares students to demonstrate proficiency in providing technical support and assisting users in troubleshooting, performing technical and system diagnostics, and making the necessary repairs. Florida Technical College students will examine computer concepts, information systems, networking, operating systems, computer hardware, software applications and the Internet. They will analyze the principles of customer service and the importance of problem solving and help desk supportive service. Students will develop the skills necessary to obtain an entry-level position in the field and prepare them to challenge the CompTIA A+ certification.
Medical Billing and Coding Specialist
The Online Medical Billing and Coding Specialist Diploma Program is designed to prepare the Florida Technical College students to obtain entry-level positions in the medical billing and coding field through a combination of both clinical and administrative training.
Business Office Specialist Diploma
The Online Business Office Specialist diploma program prepares students with the knowledge and necessary skills to perform various business operational functions using office equipment and computer software to manage technical administrative tasks in multiple office environments. Florida Technical College students will develop customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills to function appropriately in an office environment.
Allied Health Management
The Online Bachelor’s Degree in Allied Health Management Program is comprised of a skill in such areas as managing the administrative area within a health services organization, current procedural coding with information technology, and basic clinical and lab procedures. The online medical program is designed to prepare Florida Technical College students for a career as an administrator in the health services field.

Business - Entrepreneurship, Management, and Marketing
The online bachelor degree program in business entrepreneurship, management, and marketing is comprised of a combination of courses, which provide skills in such areas as: capital planning, strategic management, leadership, organizational behavior, and Internet marketing.
Information Technology with emphasis in Cyber Security
The Online Bachelor Degree program in Information Technology with emphasis in Cyber Security introduces Florida Technical College students to a variety of topics, such as assessing the security vulnerability of computer and network systems, various computer and network safeguarding solutions, and managing the implementation and maintenance of security devices, systems, procedures and counter measures. As a graduate of the online IT program, Florida Technical College students will be prepared for a career as a developer of security design, information assurance expert, computer forensic investigator, ethical hacker, and/or any digital security related jobs.
